I love being a therapist and believe mental health is essential to overall health and well-being.  My approach to treating any mental health issue is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and judgement-free space where clients can explore their life experiences and challenges with the purpose of building self-awareness, empowerment and achieve their goals utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and strengths-based techniques.  I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are coping with relationship and family issues, recovering from trauma, experiencing mood  and/or personality disorders and substance use.  I am passionately connected to this work through my own experiences and therapeutic journey, my education and continued training.  One of the best investments is the one we make to take care and nurture our mental health.  Give the office a call today and let us get started on a path towards genuine healing and happiness.
